What Data We Collect

- Health data — your pregnancy stage, medical history, dietary requirements, fitness levels, mental health information, and any other health information you share with us during our services. This is special category data under UK GDPR and is processed only with your explicit consent
- Financial data — your payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details
- Marketing data — your preferences regarding receiving communications from us
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy
- Waitlist data — your name, email address, pregnancy stage, and any information provided when joining our waitlist

How Long We Keep Your Data
- Active client records — retained for the duration of the coaching relationship plus 2 years
- Financial records — retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements
- Waitlist data — retained until the waitlist closes or until you request deletion
- Marketing data — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Session notes — deleted 2 years after the end of the client relationship
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party processors who act under our instruction:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy
- Google Workspace — document storage and email. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com
- Zoom — video consultations. Zoom’s privacy policy is available at zoom.us/privacy

All third-party processors are GDPR compliant and operate under data processing agreements with Nouriiv Ltd.

- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no legal reason to retain it
